This is one of the songs from my first collection, Legacy Of Origin. It is basically a love song and I plan on having a bunch of classical instruments like piano and violins in it. Here are the lyrics. I saw you from a far, distance from where I stand I couldn’t help but look at you, is not what I have planned. We met somewhere before, I remember your face, but then I didn’t see you, anymore, vanished without a trace. You loved me I loved you You missed me I missed you I know we’ll meet again someday, so don’t you dare doubt it In the mean time, all you can do is really think about it. I know you, better than you know yourself and the fact is that you know it’s true. You know me, all too well that just proves that I know you I’m looking around, to find your presence but I am wondering, what’s the deal with your avoidance Everywhere I went, I didn’t see you there Loneliness has taken me, I wish you were here You loved me I loved you You missed me I missed you Why would you hide, I thought we had something I guess we don’t since you said it was nothing I know you, better than you know yourself and the fact is that you know it’s true. You know me, all too well that just proves that I know you. I found you Figures that you would be here Where have you been, I missed you, so much You mean a lot to me I know you, better than you know yourself and the fact is that you know it’s true. You know me, all too well that just proves that I know you. Tell me what you think of this. Criticism is welcome. It always makes me better.
It's pretty good IMO. I like it as a whole, but I dislike some lyrics, like: ''You loved me I loved you You missed me I missed you'' It doesn't sound as good as the rest. Anyway, I'd love to hear it when it's recorded...
True, but it probably isn't meant to be sung in that way. Its more mature than 5 little boys running around topless. Good lyrics, keep it up.
