Yes, you can. Most artwork can only be read on iTunes, and sometimes the names of the tracks are a bit messed up but you can definitely get the audio onto your phone as long it supports the formats you rip your music in. And, I'm assuming the iPhone is out of the question?

lol I hadn't actually considered it. I would have to see how much it is.

Edit: So it's an extra hundred dollars. Do you guys think? Is it worth it?

If you are considering getting an iPhone, I think you're better off with the 4 or 4S instead of the 5. From what I could tell, there's not a big enough difference to justify the cost.

The iPhone 4 is definitely a great phone, but I'd choose the 5 if you don't mind the extra cost. Some things that are a major improvement are the bigger screen, a faster processor, 4G LTE (absolutely killer), and much better camera. Not to say the 4 is lacking in those aspects, but the 5 surpasses it greatly.

I have the iPhone 5 and I would say if speed is a priority then that aspect of the 5 should be a no brainer reason to get the iPhone 5. The speed on this thing is mind-blowingly faster than your iPod and still much faster than previous iPhones

Sadly Minneapolis has yet to receive LTE on my carrier. It's coming in the next few months so consider me excited. Just curious, do the LTE networks technically effect the suburbs of the cities they're designated in?

    Who's your carrier?

FWIW that speed test was taken about 20 miles outside the St. Louis city center. Most carriers should cover the suburbs pretty well.

Sprint. The price was much more accustomed for me and the unlimited plan is also much more enticing. These days, carriers are just total bogus

Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S LCD i9003 (Basically the Galaxy S with a Super LCD screen instead of AMOLED). Works and looks super awesome with a custom gingerbread ROM I've been using. ;) I'll not be replacing it any time in the near future..

Just cause I've nothing else to do, here's my homescreen.. :p -

I waited so long to get a smartphone that I got a tablet instead. My little razr went out of style and then right back in again as all these incredibly silly people are carrying these bricks that are too large to fit in a pocket and too small to have a real screen.

Razr v3 ftw. Mine is purple. It doesn't run apps, but it doesn't need to because the tablet's right there in my bag (the one I would be carrying anyway if I had a smartphone). I don't have to charge it everyday.

It is the best idea ever.

I have an HTC Incredible 2. It gets frustrating at times. I love the camera on this phone though... I'm qualified for an upgrade... I'm not sure if I want to go with the Iphone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3... What is your input? I'm not sure what phone would be better for me.

Hmm... After owning my iPhone 5 for several months, I'm happy I went with Apple and would recommend that. I've been comparing my friend's S3 to my phone. The back camera on the 5 is much superior. Under good circumstances the iPhone picks up crazy detailed pictures. The display on the iPhone is also much more vivid and precise. Siri is much more helpful and relevant compared to S-Voice. The web browser (to me) feels much smoother and quicker. It sounds like I'm hardcore Apple fan-boying, but I must say the S3 is a good phone however the iPhone appeals greater to me.

By the way, here's an example of how detailed the pictures can be. Notice the grain on the black keys, the fuzz on the lining of the keys, the reflection of my hand, and the dust on the finish.

The thing is, I'm not sure if I could deal with not being able to customize the Iphone as much as an android. I was kinda spoiled with my first and current smartphone...
