The first trailer just came out today. There's been a lot of difficulties with getting this movie finished but it looks like it's finally settled. http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/paramount/worldwarz/ There were a lot of people who after reading the script thought this could be a great, "genre-bending" film. What do you think?
Could be cool. As long as its not just another zombie movie. I didn't read the book so I don't really know the story.
My friends ex-boyfriend was in this as an extra, they broke up because he kept having sex with other extras. THE MORE YOU KNOW
That looks cool as hell. 28 Days Later is the only good zombie movie I've seen, so I hope this one pulls it off.
Well, this trailer just killed any hype I had for this film. Looks like another lame ass summer blockbuster with a fast-moving zombie horde that goes all MegaZord.
Right on the money my man! Thank god, I didn't read the original material or else I'd be dreading this flick.
I honestly didn't even realize those piles of humans were supposed to be zombies. There's a lot of cheap looking CGI in this trailer. Doesn't really excite me to watch the film.
I'm not gonna be so quick to judge. Basing how good a movie might be on how fast the zombies in the first trailer move probably isn't the best idea, but I understand why fans of the book would be pissed. From what I've read, the only thing this film seems to have in common with the book is the title. But people were very impressed with the script, so that + Brad Pitt means I'm not gonna give up on it just yet.
That's usually a bad sign. It's not just that they're movie fast, it's that the CGI doesn't just look terrible, it looks fucking abysmal. A movie that hasn't been released shouldn't look dated.
