At first I though the vilain looked a little stupid...ahah But eventually, it was already the case with a lot of DBZ vilains (Fat Buu is a perfect exemple), so let see. Nobody will never have the charisma of Freeza or Cell though
I was hoping for a villain more along the lines of Janemba in appearance. Regardless, I'm diggin the design for the new villain. Hopefully the battles will be epic.
New villains Bils and Whis. Brief story synopsis: The story takes place several years after the titanic battle with Majin Buu, that determined the fate of the entire universe. Bils, the God of Destruction who maintains the balance of the universe, awakens from a long slumber! Hearing rumors that a Saiyan defeated Freeza, Bils tracks down Goku. Goku is so ecstatic that a tough enemy has appeared after such a long time, he ignores Kaiō’s advice and fights Bils, but cannot do a thing against his overwhelming power and is defeated. That seems like it has the potential to have an interesting story. I realize DBZ isn't the place you'd go for an engaging deep story, but...it'd be nice to see something special. Every DBZ story after Frieza pretty much goes, bad guy shows up and beats on the good guys, then something happens and the good guys beat on the bad guys. Not a whole lot of even matches or deep character stuff.
Goku was beat down?? Goku with the ability to go SSJ3 was beat down?!?! I must see this now. Though if it ends with a Dragon Fist or Spirit Bomb, I will be pissed. I'm assuming it will be a combo of the fused characters whooping some butt.
The Android saga is everyone training to prevent a horrible future and had plenty of even matches. A lot of fleshing out of characters like Krillin, Vegeta, Bulma, Android 18, and the like. Piccolo and Kame's reconstitution. There's the whole mystery of Future Trunks. The eventual evolution of Cell and where the fuck he comes from. Gohan goes GDLK and reaches Super Saiyan 2 for what SHOULD have been him taking the helm of main character of the series. I mean c'mon people, Goku literally just hands him the reins in that Cell fight. I don't know what anime/manga you're watching/reading.
