Had some free time so I decided to make a quick acapella cover of LITE. I did mess up a tiny bit of the lyrics. Singing and Screaming might not be the best either, still working on that, anyways. enjoy I suppose.

Pretty good. It could sound better if the production value were higher, but acapellas always sound a little weird anyways even if they have great mixing and effects.

I had to sing a bit loud for this track which gave off an echo in the room so that in turn makes the quality definitely less than professional, but I appreciate the feedback, thank you

DUDE THAT WAS SICKKKKKKKKKK. THATTTT WASSSS SICKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!

Ok, btw, I am currently doing a vocal/piano cover of Lost in the Echo for the Monthly Mix contest on LPA. I actually TRIED rapping Shinoda's lyrics, but I just sound too.... what do you call it... wimpy or... cheesy, you know. So to make that up for my cover, I sang the words vocally and injected a little tiny bit of rap inside it. But I'm still a little "eh" on it. I would LOVE to have you as the singer on it, especially on the rap. Your rap is actually really good; close to Shinoda's flow lol.

This is what I have so far FYI:

My POINT is that I can imagine that you can cover the RAP part and the CHORUS. It would fit perfectly to the piano background. I'm just saying. I can really imagine it. Pure imagination and "what ifs".

REALLY nice job man. I enjoyed it. So much potential if you had background music to it! If you have the proper sound equipment and right microphone setup/software, you're really good to go. I have mine set up, but you know what, I need a GOOD singer. *sigh :)

Thanks a lot man. I appreciate the compliments and I would love to help out in whatever way I can. Actually I can make the sound a lot better than this. I use a high quality condensor mic. The quality isn't the best in this recording because I had to turn down the output and input volume so that the yelling wouldn't come out distorted. I also usually record in my room, less echo, but for all the songs I recorded yesterday, I recorded them in my basement which again was to make the yelling sound better lol. When I have some free time, I'll try to record something a bit more professional sounding and upload it to soundcloud for you to hear. I actually don't think your singing is bad at all and the way you sing it definitely works perfectly with your piano cover. You might think it sounds wimpy/cheesy because you're singing in a higher pitch, but trust me. It sounds great!
