Everyone saying this is awesome because of positive reviews. Things never get negative reviews before they come out. I bet that critics will be assholes after it comes out. I can't wait though. Roads Untravelled seems like a must hear for me

thanks for posting that, even more excited to hear powerless now since it is the only slow song. and the first 8 songs just packed with energy, so that means Castle of Glass has energy and the song where Mazzor22 said that Mike sings it all, Roads Untraveled, apparently has energy. Mike singing a whole song and it has energy, I want to hear that

I think for "slow" chester mean an "iridescent" type of song...so there will be other emotional song on the album...but with energy...like Leave Out All the rest etc...

No, it's only a song with crunchy guitars, roughly the same tempo as Bleed It Out and Mike Shinoda yelling. Definitely not energetic at all.

That review was already posted a while back. Was it never added to the OP?

    That's a little disconcerting :/

That review is really interesting though. So, apparently, Until it Breaks has a choir at the end and In My Remains is an orchestral ballad. Wow...

I can't even imagine how many soft songs are going to be on this album. In My Remains is a semi-orchestral ballad with a piano, I'll Be Gone was described to be a ballad with strings, Castle of Glass is ambient, and uses an folk melody, Roads Untraveled has a piano and chimes, and Until it Breaks is "centered on synth melodies. But then, Chester goes on to say that the only soft song is Powerless and the other songs are full of energy. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

All the reviews make me think that this album is what LP would have done to Hybrid Theory had they debuted in this (current era) of music.

    If that makes sense.

    Also, from Noisecreep
Sounds like a Catalyst of sorts, can't wait!
