What song would be good in your opinion for the Mass Effect games. In the End is too obvious an answer because of the lyrics ''I tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesn't even matter''
Fuck BioWare in all their "creative freedom" glory. "Creative freedom" doesn't mean you conclude a great trilogy with a generic, unexplained, bullshit ending. For that, "Empty Spaces" is the best choice. Or "Foreword."
Butthurt fans are butthurt. One cutscene, three completely different endings, if you're actually able to think it out for yourself. But yeah, Nobody's Listening would fit well.
It wouldn't surprise me if BioWare was forced to create the ending they created because of interference from EA. It also wouldn't surprise me if EA forced them to do that so they could release a "better ending" as DLC that players would have to purchase. Because, you know, that's how EA rolls.
Any song from the first two LP albums would describe their fans, at least. lol at petitioning them to change the ending regardless of the quality. Grow up.
The ending was shit and a total letdown. There's a reason the BBB dropped EA's rating over this fiasco. Fuck your "grow up" comment. This isn't entitlement. It's a total screw-over. None of your decisions actually MATTERED.
Haven't u ever learned anything for every fucking adventure movie ever? Its not destination (ending) that matters, its the journey and I must say it was a badass journey. I haven't yet experienced the ending myself, I stopped at tthe very last mission to preserve the experience but I intend to beat it when bioware releases the promised dlc which will built upon the ending.
You're not getting the point. They went back on their word. Yes, the journey was great, but the ending doesn't do anything to enhance the experience. Trust me. I was on the same boat as you while playing through ME3. Albeit I argued it with better spelling and punctuation, but the ending is VERY disappointing. Especially once you've experienced the other endings. Sure, it's a very small part of what is admittedly a very fun game, but it is still a VERY big misstep in many ways. Ways that I won't get into because I don't want to spoil anything for you.
Pardon my spelling and punctuation, the android keyboard makes balls cringe and my spine shiver and type with it is punishment. Anyhow, the real truth on why I didn't finish the ending is because I got bored of it. I hated the shooting part, too repetitive for me. The dialogue was the thing that kept me coming back. I spend hours just moving around the citadel and my ship, just looking if someone had anything new to say. As for the ending, i dont care how it ends, just as long as it doesnt have a M. Night Shyamalan twist. Furthermore, Bioware said they plan on clarifying the ending. I say they had planned this all along, a shitty ending so that they could sell you the dlc.
The thing is, even with clarification, the way the ending is framed means that SPOILERS IN INVISIBLE TEXT people are still forced to starve to death because of lack of foresight. Honestly, if they had changed one or two minor things I wouldn't have THAT much of a problem, but the presentation, how it affects the story and the characters and how little of it is actually affected by your gameplay is saddening.
Well at least there is an ending.(I'm still waiting for one for Shenmue) Not really, it sucks for you Mass Effect players.
