Who's to say I'm not actually Mike Shinoda himself?

Xero21 you are just assuming as well we have no way of knowing that at all besides finding out from the band.

Except my assumption actually makes logical sense and isn't based off of a bunch of weird conspiracy-based bullshit. But to each their own I suppose.

So why argue in the first place? You have no proof, and everything we comment is based on the experience we had during puzzle time.

LP said STL22 was close and that was it, it's not like they had to draw a map for us since the solving was for THE FANS to do. And it's pretty obvious that with "close" they meant it on the deciphering because that's the only thing STL22 talked about to begin with.

There were even Java programmers in here and they knew for sure what was on the site and what not. There was absolutely no media material until the game and they knew the numbers weren't related to the website programming but something else, and that's why they became the center of the riddle.

Other than that, we're going really offtopic here.

It's a very simple theroy the band has never liked picking album titles and were keeping track of how we were reacting to the puzzles and saw everyone filp for better or for worse over what LIVING THINGS was. Your logic is no more sound than mine seein ghow your not in LP and can not say for sure why or how the new album title was chosen.

Okay, then why was "Living Things" put into the puzzle then?

I'm not arguing I'm just giving a theroy like everyone else since we have no proof of why and where LIVING THINGS comes from.

You're arguing why your theory actually is valid, when in reality it's, just like Xero said, conspiracy-based bullshit. The other options were in the range of "Ting Ling Shiv". Look at the song titles. Then back at the album title. It makes fucking sense.

Why was put in the puzzle? Who knows perhaps for any number of reasons based on LP and their history naming stuff they couldve easily just been stuck and saw all the static LIVING THINGS caused and said "Well thats cool". If LP posted that STL22 was close and LIVING THINGS was posted why not another post confirming the album title rite away giving him props for solving it? Perhaps because the band was not yet entirely sure if they wanted to stick to LIVING THINGS until the very last moment.

I'm just wondering, did you come here to share a theory and have a debate or did you come to impose your idea and slag those who don't agree? It seems like the latter to me.

You can't be upset because we don't agree with you, and your logic isn't necessarily better than ours. I don't want to have a debate if you are going to slag on different opinions, it doesn't work that way.

As much as I would love to provide a lengthy explanation of "logical fallacies", I will instead say this: When you present an argument, the burden of proof rests with you.

Suppose I said, "All pumpkins are purple on the inside, until you cut them open, break the skin, or look at them. Prove I am wrong."

Wow. You've clearly got this all figured out.

They did confirm it. It was on the monday after. You might remember it, the entire website went up with the words "LIVING THINGS" written everywhere?

I need to learn not to engage illogical people on the internet. It kills my faith in humanity every time.

Yes I know the other opyions were Ting Ling Shiv perhaps like in alot of jumbled letters the original order made no sense and somebody decided to put that order and then the band saw and went cool. You can jumble letters to make words with a certain amount of them.

LP didnt just post the very next day it was 5 days later so again I'm not saying I'm right but you should try to at least get your facts straight.

The reviews of Living Things are so positive and epic. I wonder if this is going to beat ATS.

Anyways, I remember a while back saying that I hoped LIES GREED MISERY would turn out being a better song then what it sounded like by the title. Glad I was right!

Also, I really want to hear CASTLE OF GLASS now.

I know you said "the monday after" I'm saying 5 whole days for a response why? They bothered to say when STL22 was close but couldn't be bothered to give props for a whole 5 days? Seems suspect to me and for logical reasons.

It's rather fun for you to ask for 'getting facts straight' when you happen to have NONE to support your theory.

And before LIVING THINGS was all over LP.com Mike tweeted it as a hashtag and the day before BID came out he blogged about it with "you know the album name right?". So it was confirmed before it was on the site.
