It's not much, but I tried translating it through Google. Every word in that tweet is a different language. Here's what I got after typing each word in individually.

That's interesting, because I definitely tried that yesterday and got a different page.

 

You fail to realise, out of EVERYWHERE in the world, those numbers THAT are the numbers that make out those letters via the LP Puzzle, I HAVENT ADDED any numbers or TAKEN away, they are 100% From the website, and 4/10 of them take you to california?

 

A very large number of IP addresses map to a California address.
