Valentine's day artwork

Hello, awhile ago i made an artwork for the song Valentine's Day by Linkin Park. I had to use Microsoft Paint, so it isn't exactly what I would have wanted, but it still looks good. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

maybe with some texture or some splatters, don't know, you need to keep trying, thats how you may do cool arts, trying n trying n TRYING !

It's cool, but I always interpreted Valentine's Day as something dark and not really about the actual holiday. It's a metaphor for death, I guess. That's what the band said.

 

Thanks! I really didn't attempt to make it cheerful like a holiday, rather dark and depressing like the lyrics etched in the back show, along with the blue heart, but I guess that's what happens when you use pink for the back color. Maybe I'll try to use red or purple, to make the tone slightly more towards what the song suggests.
