    Once again I'm doing the weight loss thing. Down 20 lbs since November 1st. Its actually noticeable. I figure 6 more months and I will be where I want to be, if the rate I've lost the last 20 continues.

    Yeah, I need to start losing more weight too. The only bit of exercise I seem to get is riding my bike 6 miles everyday, and that doesn't seem to do much for me. Luckily the apartments I'm moving to has a weight/exercise room so I can work on that a lot more. :)

    I actually need to ride my bike, I lose weight fast that way, or at least I did before I had kids. Right now its too cold here though, I wouldn't make it three blocks before my hands would go numb.

    I ride my bike out of necessity though. My job is three miles away and I don't have a car. :lol:

    Now if only the drivers would stay off of the fucking shoulder so I could ride without worrying about getting hit. :lol:
