Mike has updated his blog with new information in regard to The Raid, a movie that he is scoring. According to Mike, the movie will make its U.S. debut at the Sundance Festival in Utah early next year. He also revealed that the movie will be released by Sony Picture Classics in more theaters in Spring 2012. Wow, that's definitely Mike's sound through and through. It's a bit like the demos from the HT/M era. This soundtrack should be good.
When They Come For Me (and my Tambourine) Having listened a couple more times, I'm convinced that this may be Mike's strongest tambourine performance to date. Dig it.
Since I live in Salt Lake City I might have to go to this.. I wonder if Mike will be there since most people involved in sundance projects come for the festivals..
Looking forward to this. I heard that the Sundance film festival is coming to London. Anyone know if there is any chance they'll be showing this film there too?
