and Meteora (I was kidding, they're the two most overrated albums by Linkin Park) Reanimation and the LPU 8.0 are underrated.
Reanimation and Minutes To Midnight seem to be the most under-rated for me. A lot of people know 'Shadow Of The Day' and 'What I've Done' around here, but it seems like a lot of people forgot they ever released MTM.
I'm going to say A Thousand Suns without a doubt. When that album was released, the amount of people that abandonned the band after that release and the amount of shit I got for still supporting the band was outrageous. The album isn't bad at all, in my opinion. I actually still listen to it on repeat quite often. I was called every slur in the book by all of my 'friends' who are into hard rock, metal and 'Numetal.' Through it all, I just realized that music is art. That made me appreciate the album that much more.
I think Out of Ashes is the most underrated LP related though. If its just LP, I'd say the HTEP, if that counts. I think they should remaster and re-release for retail Then maybe warner will be okay with releasing more demos since they'll make money.
...They did remaster it. That's what the LPU 1 CD was. And the LPU now has the digital version up for 5 or 6 bucks. If you want a CD, you can usually find them on ebay for 50-100 bucks. Or, do you want want them to remaster the remaster? I N C E P T I O N
A Thousand Suns (being there most complex) is the most under-rated, due to the fact that no one listens to albums anymore and thats the only way you can appreciate A Thousand Suns. Its ironic because their least complex albums (Hybrid Theory/Meteora) are looked at as the best one's by the average fan. Now I'm not putting the other albums down but they are defiantly less complex. That being said A Thousand Suns is my favorite album and I feel is the most underrated.
