Do you remember from Frat Party when I think Mike plays that demo that became SIB? That makes sense because it didn't seem like it was headed that way. On another note I think SIB is a great song, and I love Mike's part.

In other news, I like how my constant SIB bashing is turning into valid arguments. I still believe SIB is the worst song of all time, and those of you that support that argument are awesome beyond all doubt. Fuck Rebecca Black (no, Derek. Not like that. Get your head out of the gutter and take a seat over there), SIB will become the topic of the thread titled, "Guaranteed To Be The Worst Song You've Ever Heard."

And anyways, fuck Fridays. Fridays are a lie. The day itself is just a motivational tool to get you to work harder for the rest of the day. We have it embedded in our minds that the harder we work on weekdays, the faster Friday comes. NO. THIS MUST END. Society as a whole needs to learn how to party and go fuck-all crazy every single day. Friday isn't special. All days deserve the attention and focus on getting inebriated, fucked up, laid, and all other weekend activities.

But on a greater note, fuck Somewhere I Belong more.

 

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, (Second) Friday , (Second) Saturday, (Second) Sunday.

Repeat.

 

For the record, I don't give a flying fuck if you think SIB is a worse song. I'm just saying I disagree .

This song is getting so much attention at my school, haha. I hear people singing it every hour, LOL.

 

I saw this on Channel Nine this morning on the morning show and I lolled at the parody's.

 

I'm just saying that I found a song about the days of the week that is better than a song about human emotion.

 

But that song about the days of the week is about the emotions felt on certain days...

 

So is Rebecca Black's song. The urge to party is no less an emotion than the urge to heal, feel, or being close to something real.

Because isn't Friday more of a 'When do I belong' much as SIB is trying to find 'Somewhere I Belong'? The difference is, Rebecca Black KNOWS at what time she belongs. And that time is Friday.

 

At least Chester knows the days of the week without reciting them in song

 

Your argument is moot, there are multiple great! songs that recite days of the week.
