LP Sightings 2.0

This is where you post sightings of Linkin Park of note that aren't worthy enough to be news. Say, an LP song was playing at a recent basketball game, for instance.

There used to be a version of this thread out there, but it has since died. So I'm starting it anew.

And with that, I'll start it off:

The WFTE video was playing on repeat when I walked into my house yesterday.
There was also a gram of weed on the table and two roaches in the ash tray.
Also Doritos... everywhere.

I think I know what happened...

 

The BBC seem to use their songs pretty often. Off the top of my head, I heard Given Up on John Bishop's Britain not long ago.

And even more recently than that, I heard someone playing In The End really loud in a Tesco car park.

 

Was at gym yesterday when i heard WFTE over the radio. I was half way through a bench press set at the time...i lost my concentration

 

Walked into the Epicenter where I live...which is pretty much party central. And Shadow of the Day was playing.

 

My high school band played at a college game yesterday, their cheerleaders did a dance to the second verse of Bleed It Out!

 

I was watching George Lopez last night and there was a really old Linkin Park poster circa Hybrid Theory's release in Carmen's room.

 

There's a Hybrid Theory logo poster/wall hanging in Die Hard 4, in Matt's room.

 

Saw someone in my class listening to their ipod and they flashed the album artwork at me and it was from ATS <----------lamest sighting yet

 

During the Phillies game they played a synth part from The Catalyst.

 

EA used a edited version of Wretches & Kings in their new MMA trailer.

They just played The Catalyst during the Phillies/Giants game.

 

While watching football on FOX, they played Waiting for the End during a comercial for the upcoming episode of Fringe. Maybe the song is in the show? Or it's just a FOX thing...

 

While watching a football game on CBS I heard "The Catalyst" being played during a timeout.

I've now heard it like 3 more times. They've shown this commercial a lot in the past hour.

 

Pulled up next to a car today that was playing wretches and kings loud as shit........ This is not a sighting but something awesome, Was watching the WFTE video and someone said "I'll admit I'm not a big fan of Linkin Park but this has to be one of the best songs I've ever heard." ATS FTW

 

Just heard "Waiting For The End" get played on a commercial for Fringe on FOX.

 

More parodyish, but still a sighting xD I was watching MAD on CN and there was a skit that mixed Mount Rushmore and Big Time Rush. It ended with Abe Lincoln leaving the band to go solo with his new band...you guessed it, "Abe Lincoln Park".

I swear I saw Linkin Park out in the woods today, I was on a fishing trip. I guess we'll never know.
