If they made this a hidden message, they would have recorded Chester singing "your time is set in reverse", reversed it, and entered it in this song. What we hear is nothing like that.

And yes, it makes sense. Which is why your mind is making you believe that's what's going on.

If that's what they did, the lyrics would be plain as day. They aren't. It isn't.

The lyrics are there. People have even agreed with me before hearing clearer vocals. You couldn't have made "your time is set in reverse" out of random gibberish, but couldn't find anything else. Doesn't make sense.

Yeah it does. He's scatting, so some of it inevitably will sound like actual words.

It's definitely just a bunch of scatting. Maybe LP heard "your time is set in reverse" also, and decided to go with that and put it quietly in reverse at the beginning. But that would be nothing more than a happy accident.

I hear the following, phonetically (and yes, this is from listening to your "acapella"):

"Get some is sad a see zun/what shawsa bot yo phase"

Or something to that effect. Clearly nothing but scatting. The overall rhythm of the delivery and the vowel sounds in the first half can be roughly interpreted as "your time is set in reverse," but once the idea that that's what it's said is in your head, you're probably going to hear it that way. It's the same reason people hear "satanic" messages when they listen to Stairway to Heaven backwards - because they already know about the rumor of them existing and expect to hear them before they actually play the song backwards themselves.

That opening part is NOT 'your time is set in reverse" at all. Its Chester singing the song, but without lyrics - if that makes sense, because I can't describe it.

WATCH THIS VIDEO, AND SKIP TO 19 SECONDS. THAT IS WHAT YOUR HEARING WHEN YOU PUT THAT FIRST PART IN REVERSE.

I sorta hear that lyric, but there's no way you can be 100% sure. Until a member backs you up, I'm not buying it.

It really sounds more like they reversed those lyrics to see what it'd sound like, but then he recorded it trying to sing "backwards" but is a little off... Or maybe it's the chemically enhanced state I'm in... Who knows.
