Step Up

Dediacated is a awesome song but i prefer step up,the whole song goes together so well and i love the bit towards the end when chesters doing his harmony singing and then it goes straight into remy saying 'after years of painstaking research by the leading sound scientists,we here at the sound institute have invented a reliable audio weapon system...'

But then again all of LP's songs go together well and are THE best songs ever B)

 

Step Up is a VERY good song.
I really like it, especially the strange chorus!

Yeah, Remy's "lyrics" and vocals are similar to the "Locating potential trouble makers and neutralising them" bit in Wake Up by RATM.

 

Who is Remy? I know he did those vocal bits for some of LP's songs but who is it?

I'd have to say that chesters singing at the start of carousel sounds a little like that bit from step up but not much.
I say 50% rock and 50% hip-hop because almost all of LP's songs have rock elements in them

So you mean, that 70% of Meteora is hip-hop, and 70% of Hybrid Theory is hip-hop?


There's not even a hiphop song in Hybrid Theory, thats just 90% rock (10% is scratching because of CFTI )

 

Oh come on, you mean to tell me, you don't feel the hip-hop beat in the songs?

 

I say that LP are 70% hip hop because ALL of their songs include a a form of hip hop element from My December to By Myself to even Don't Stay,they all have the beats for it and the feel.
