March 25th has not yet been officialized by LP and I'm not sure if the 18th is accurate for the tour dates, but the tour will start after the album is out, just like ever other album tour I wud move this 2 The Next Album for you, but I've lost my admin powers till sunday

Exactly. I've seen no proof of this. Also? Blame LA Times if the album date is wrong. We're just reporting from a reliable source since LA Times is a big newspaper. Even so, the date isnt the date till Linkin Park confirms it.
