It seems like almost everyone changed name
Next month it's my first year with LPA. I can't remember my first post but I think it was in Meteora forum.
Ahh...the newbie days...good times.
I stumbled apon the LPA about a year ago when searching for Meteora clips. Right on the News page was a post saying that Amazon Germany or some site like that had leaked 30 second clips of EVERY song on Meteora...so needless to say, it was love at first sight (no pun intended).
My username is the same as it is now, I've debated changing over the past few months but still haven't decided,
I remember being very scared because yall seemed so smart...then I found out you're a bunch of idiots like me! Kidding guys, kidding... :whistle:

I joined about four months ago..and I still feel new. My first few posts make me want to crawl under a rock.

well... I was a noob about 8 hours ago.lolbut i caught on and now i get it all. I havent changed my name since i love dragons .

Mark e-mailed me asking to clear some Dry Cell stuff up, and I joined right after, back in December.
I was a newbie... way too long ago for me to remember.
Yeah, I remember being a newbie...I remember not knowing anyone. But then I met Felix/Meow Man and it was all good!
I remember being a newbie. I looked back at osme of my old posts, I really want to thank you guys for putting up with me. I've matured alot since I joined (I hope) lol

So, I'd have started being a newbie at around...3 minutes ago.
One of the first things I did what go in a thread called 'Can you remember when you were a newbie'. Man, good times, good times.

Well let's see, I remember getting yelled at by Will a couple of times the first day, never warnings or anything, just funny stuff. Hmm...my first thread was in The Test Zone, and I thought it meant like you made up tests about the band or something, so I posted a test. Um another one was me experimenting with the Poll thing, and I had like pick your favorites: and had LP or Disturbed, God or Satan, a bunch of really really stupid ####, and Will was like "hey...this is an LP site, people are probably gonna like LP more ... stupid." ok he didn't call me stupid, but thats what he was thinking, and then he closed the thread, and I asked Derek why it closed and he told me it was cause thats where you test sigs, thats why it doesn't raise your post count.
I also remember by name was like StreetSoldierX2 or something, and at the end of every post I would do the normal newb thing like this:

Neil suggested I should join, so I signed up last November. My first post was in a topic concerning whether "Numb" was a pop song or not. I remember people replied and welcomed me as Neil's gf.

i joined a month ago but i guess i am still a novice in some aspects.
i did the noob thing of going
after every single post
and not knowing what a sig was or anything because it is also my first forum and my only forum.
My first post was in the Newbie camp and it became a hot topic.
