I'll do a review on my Top 3 and list the rest:

1. Russell Allen - Symphony X (Cross David Draiman and James LaBrie from Dream Theater and you have this super-vocalist! He has impossible range, multiple tones, and the coolest voice! As well he does neat choral sections that make him sound like a choir sometimes&#33

2. Serj Tankian - System of A Down (The craziest vocalist ever. This guy can go from a whisper to a scream to a yell to a death metal growl in a blink of an eye! His off-key singing and wierd noises in Mind blow me away and his Rowdy, emotional, and passionate vocal style is absolutely phenomenal)
3. Maynard James Keenan - Tool/APC (This man has the most recognizable voice in rock right now. His tone has tons of emotion in it, incredible range, great yells...But his real strength is his incredible lyrics, ranging from satirical, to simply emotional, mocking, angry, philosophical, and mind-bendingly smart! I have to say though he shined the most on Tool's Aenima....)

5. Mikael Akerfeldt - Opeth

6. Freddie Mercury - Queen

7. James LaBrie - Dream Theater

8. Cedric Zavala- At The Drive In/The Mars Volta
