I'm currently reading "The Hobbit" by J.R.R Tolkien. I'm pretty sure I'll read the LOTR books after ROTK comes out in theatres.
I love the LotR books. I read them for the first time when I was seven, actually, but I've read them once or twice a year now since then. They're great, anybody who hasn't read them yet should definitely check them out.

Cooney anything by Laurie Halse Anderson "Mister Monday" by Garth Nix "Life is Funny" can't remember the author oh god, there's so many more... PROUD BOOKWORM!
I want to read all the Tom Clancy books I can find . The stories are amazing, same for the descriptions, and he just seem to guess what's gonna be next (like terrorism) 5 years before in his books.
All these Tolkien fans! Well, I read LoTR when I was about 10 and the Hobbit and The Silmarillion a bit later, and Tolkien is still my fav. author! Other amazing fantasy series similar to LoTR: -DEATH GATE CYCLE, my fav series other than LoTR (1st book of 7: Dragon Wing) by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman -Song of Ice and Fire Series (First book of 4 so far: Game of Thrones) by George RR Martin - The Sword of Shannara series (first book (of 6) is self titled) by Terry Brooks -Wheel of Time (First book of 10 so far: Eye of the World) by Robert Jordan -The Fionavar Tapestry (3 Books starting with 'The Summer Tree') by Guy Gavriel Kay Fav. If you like LoTR, you'll love these too!
I got that one, havent gotten around to reading it yet........ Im also writing my Ultima Online fan fiction called Sinister....but i dont think that counts.....
Gathering Blue is a terrible book. But The Giver rocks. I'm into the unabridged, full, 1496-page Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas.
I'm reading The Giver, but only at school. And I'm currently reading the Harry Potter series. Way too much.
For school I have to read Ovid's Metamorphoses. So far, so good, I really like mythology -Lord of the Rings -Harry Potter -Watership Down -Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy
The Regeneration series (studying it :\) LOTR - Return of the king Romeo & Juliet <--- And I don't have a clue why Stupid White men XD <--- This is a great book for anyone that's interested in politics and the whole event over 9/11. Micheal Moore is just awesome.
