I really enjoy the forums, especially the Chit Chat...but having to seft through numerous threads of "New here..." or "N00B!"...I think it'd be better to have their own section. Like, "Newbie Welcome"...etc.
I dont really see the point in having a forum for that stuff. It wont be used very much and its easier to keep it in Chit Chat. There was somewhere for newbies to post in but its long gone. Maybe we could just make a new one of them or find the old one?
and mayby a sticky post which tells you how to use most of the features on this forum, like control panel, PMing people and the code buttons
Imagine how much hate would be in those forums... Or... I would have to bite my tongue and try to avoid it :chemist:.
I don't think a new forum should be made just for newbies, there's no point. The forums are already spread out enough as it is. In my opinion there's no need.
That's the fun. We flame. Then we initiate. Then we welcome them to the forums. It's genius. Pure genius. Then again...that could be why my forums only has the # of members it has...
No new forum for that. We have too many as it is. All the welcoming threads should be posted in chit-chat.
Alright, I guess it wasn't meant to be here then. I'm just used to forums with like, 50,000 sub-forums, but uhh, looks like this place is keeping it "neat", which is also a good thing, so more power to yaz!
