Looks like At the Drive-In is back. Check out a 30 second preview of seemingly new music on their website, which teases new music will be released or announced tomorrow. Also, discuss the band or tell me about your dreams, I don't care.

If you don't know who At the Drive-In are, check out their album Relationship of Command here below.

If I liked The Shape of Punk to Come, should I check out Relationship of Command?

Well I wouldn't say they have that much in common. Pretty different sound. "Relationship of Command" is a bit softer overall and more melodic. It's a really good and very influential album so I think you should check it out regardless.

I MUST HAVE READ A THOUSAND FACES

Can't wait to hear what kind of music they have been working on. Hopefully they haven't lost their edge.

As Filip said, they're quite different sounding, but nevertheless, I'd definitely recommand you to do so. It's just a classic :)

Yeah, that's the danger with those long awaited / not expected comebacks. Big expectations. Sometimes big disappointment. And fuck, I sound cheesy.
