    Not sure if you guys have heard of Furian but they're a band from the UK and they sound a lot like old LP sometimes. They're releasing a new video soon! LOOK AT THIS!! www.furian.co.uk

    Telling people a band sounds like old LP is a pretty decent way of making sure nobody listens to that band.

    Wow you guys. I didn't expect to get shot down so hard. I was just trying to introduce myself by letting you guys know about a band i found that i like. Super excited for new ATDI anyway but... Harsh. I'm not sure I want to come back tbh. I was a member of the original LPU and this would never have happened.

    Heyyy now. :) We're a nice bunch usually. This would've never happened in the original LPU because that was 15 years ago when people loved this type of stuff. I'll be honest with you and tell you that most people here have no interest in early Linkin Park or anything that sounds like early Linkin Park. Of course, there are exceptions.

    I'm sure there's plenty of bands you like that we all love aswell. :)

    I can tell you that people might have been that tiny bit more receptive if you'd titled the thread more ... accurately. I'm gonna shut this down.

    But, hey, your effort wasn't totally in vain. You might've helped Michele discover his new favourite band :shrug:
