Linkin Park has just released a preview of a new demo called "TooLeGit", to be released to LPU members on the 15th of December. A preview of the track can be heard here, alongside the associated text; Alongside this, Mike Shinoda has released the first "Track By Track" video to accompany the LPU15 demo releases, starting with the first track on the LPU15 CD called "ANIMALS". This video gives some additional insight into the demo, seeming to replace what would usually have been found in a booklet accompanied by earlier LP Underground albums. You can check it out here! That preview sounds really freaking good!! I love that synth bass, I feel like this is definitely gonna be one of those tracks I listen to and just feel frustrated that it never got finished and released lol.

Pretty nice. Interesting how it came from the ATS era but sounds like something from MTM. I could hear how the drums on "Animals" became the foundation for "Roads Untraveled". Figured that so many of their demos end up being completely different than the songs they become.
From the moment I read this, I knew the track was gonna have loud guitars. The hatred isn't gone, I suppose Btw, Chester melody and the bass sounds promising!
Sounds exactly like the demos that didn't end up on ATS but were shown on the Meeting of ATS DVD. I like it so far. I'm guessing bi-monthly means that the next one will come in february and so forth until LPUXVI, lol
Thanks for the heads-up about the e-mail, Elaine. I'm really looking forward to the second half of LPU 15, regardless of how spread out the release of the songs are this time. The first half has been really satisfying, even after four or so consecutive listens. I'm about to listen to the preview, and judging by the comments, I think I'll like it.
To be honest this really doesn't sound like ATS. Would more fit on MtM or LT. Could it be that this is a LT demo, in fact? Well I guess it is too advanced for being a LT demo of the year 2010. If there are LT-demos of that year, at all. I don't know if LP already started writing in 2010.
I heard the preview and I like how the song sounds, so far. I couldn't really hear what Chester was saying, as his voice seemed a bit muffled to me.
Well, that sounds legit. Maybe TooLeGit? We will never now. But yeah, even if they did some writing on the tour, it wouldn't have advanced to a demo like this already. Well, they probably couldn't even have recorded it. I didn't think far enough.
