    Here are mine.

    2. Gladiator - This one is just fantastic. The acting, direction, music... Everything about this movie is just awesome. "What we do in life, echoes in eternity" is probably my favorite quote from any movie ever.

    1. Last of the Mohicans - This story is told with great emotion, style, and beauty. Daniel Day Lewis is fantastic in this movie. Wes Studi's Magua is my favorite villain of all time. The dude just leaks evil. The last 10 minutes or so is probably my favorite 10 minutes of any movie ever. Best music in any movie as well. I don't know why this isn't my #1... Actually I'll make it number 1. I am just too lazy to reorder them haha!

    3. The Thing (1982) - This one is my favorite horror movie of all time. The suspense through the whole movie is so tangible! It still creepy me out to this day, and I still haven't figured out the ending. Also, the music!

    4. We Were Soldiers - Love Mel Gibson in this movie. The music, acting, it's all great.

    5. Saving Private Ryan - So is this one.

    6. 13 Assassins - Heck yeah! Foreign language film for the win! The action in this movie is fantastic. I thoroughly enjoy it.

    7. Kill Bill Volume 1 - Saw this one for the first time last night. The fighting scenes, man! The music! I need to watch every Tarantino film now.

    8. Skyfall/Casino Royale - I couldn't pick a favorite between these two Bond films, so hey, why not include both?! Daniel Craig is the perfect Bond.

    9. The Last Samurai - The music, man. The music. The beauty of the movie. Oomph.

    10. Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl - Classic man. Classic.

    • "2001: A Space Odyssey"
    • "The Birds"
    • "Contagion"
    • "The Omen"
    • "Re-Animator"
    • "Requiem For A Dream"
    • "Seven"
    • "Spring Breakers"
    • "Terminator 2: Judgment Day"

Never done a top-ten list before so I just put this together really quickly just now. I don't like how eclectic it is but ... yeah.

This list's going to have more than ten entries because I've combined several movies into one ranking because I consider them all equally – as in, I can't think of one without thinking of the other(s).

    1. Gone with the Wind
    2. The Princess Bride
    3. Saving Private Ryan
    4. Blazing Saddles / Robin Hood: Men in Tights
    5. The Lord of the Rings trilogy
    6. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels / Planes, Trains, and Automobiles / The Jerk
    7. Schindler's List
    8. The Boondock Saints / The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day
    9. Requiem for a Dream
    10. Forrest Gump / Cast Away

Honorable mentions: Alexander; The Avengers; Captain America: The Winter Soldier; Fight Club; The Grand Budapest Hotel; Ghostbusters / Ghostbusters II; The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy; Inception; It's a Wonderful Life; Lord of War; The Men Who Stare at Goats; Mystic River; Platoon; The Prestige; Shutter Island; Stay; A Time to Kill; Troy; Wet Hot American Summer; You and Me and Everyone We Know

Oh, and, in my completely nonprofessional opinion, Daniel Craig's a horrible James Bond.
