As the title says, what song would you hypothetically like to see Linkin Park cover? It could be a classic rock song or a modern popular song, whatever song you want. I personally think it would be awesome to see them cover Iron Maiden's the number of the beast, i wonder if chester could pull off the YEAAAHH!!! scream and if Brad and Mike could handle the guitar work, what do you guys think??

I am sure, and this isnt offending, that Brad could hardly handle songs like Number Of The Beast.

They should cover Give It All by Rise Against and Fear is Our Tradition by Ignite.

I reckon they'd do a good job on 'Wish'... but that's just a sneaky suspicion I have.

Because Rebellion worked out so well with the System Of A Down influence, I would actually love hearing some SOAD covers.

For ages I wanted linkin park to cover this song. Very few people, including Chester, could pull off the aggressive vocals in the later parts of the song. It's time an actual rock singer covers this song, because all the other covers by various pop artists sound so weak an

Something on the softer side, but still somewhat energetic. The kind of feel they have in the BID reggae thing. Maybe like, a CHVRCHES song (which would never happen). Or something like Rolling in the Deep, but with more complex piano...I really wanna see Mike go all out on keyboard with Chester singing.

He'd probably do better at that than Shinoda  but Shinoda could sing the outro ... and Hahn could play the synth hook

I've always wanted LP to explore more of the folky and bluesy/soul kind of stuff they've done like on The Messenger, and their cover of Rolling In The Deep. Because of this, I've for a while now wanted for them to cover Led Zeppelin's Going To California and The Rain Song. Whether they would be good or not is uncertain, but I would really like to see them at least attempt them.

Yes, it would. I'm sorry, but Delson would fucking butcher those solos.

But them covering Wish You Were Here? I could dig that.
