I was up in the mid-tier and no one around me no one around me was singing New Divide. I missed Rise Against because of the LPU M&G. I did see the crowd surfing and moshing which was cool. Most of the people up around me were not there for LP. I agree it was probably a very different show on the floor.
Really? Not everyone stood up for Linkin Park? When they played in Bristow back in August, once the lights faded to black for Linkin Park, anyone who wasn't already standing up was sure as hell standing up.
Yeah. My wife was more embarrassed than mad that I said something but I was ticked. The girl in front of me sat for all of LP's set and in the middle of it was looking at pictures of dogs on her phone. As for me, I had a great time and minus Chester jumping/running the stage, it was exactly what I expected/wanted out of a LP show. I got lucky for it being my first show of theirs.
Why should someone do this, maybe some angry Hybrid Theory Fanboy ? But what i saw from the APFMH performance, Chester did a great job. Dont know many artists who could be so cool with a broken leg. *random OSC quote*
Not the first time that this has happened. Right before the first LP show I attended in 2007, Chester broke his wrist. He went on to do the rest of the Australian tour without a hitch. A broken ankle now is just logical progression.
Little does people know,he is actually in process of reaching the state of where he can't feel any pain anymore,he's a Guru,man..

If that girl was in front of me she is straight getting a kung-fu kick in the back of her head.....WATCH THE DAMN SHOW
You know what, if they surround Brad with dogs, we wouldn't notice how bored he looks or how awkward he looks. But with his hair and all, he looks like a hobo and dogs don't trust them so they'd just chase them down the stage. But in sense, even then I don't think his energy would match Chester's.
I read something once where Corey Taylor of Slipknot admitted that he actually dumps water on people in the pit if they're staring at their phone and not watching the show.
Disturbed's David Draiman said "I'd rather tour in the motherfucking Europe rather than having these lazy audience, get your asses up,lazy Americans!!" Or something like that.Earlier,he told the crowd to get up and jump TWICE,but didn't seemingly get any feedback,heh..
If I were David, I'd stop the music and tell the fuckers the band isn't going to play music it the crowd doesn't want to participate.
