Am I the only one who hears Billy from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy saying "Destroy Us All" and another voice mashed up with it saying "Dafuq are you laughing at?"
    Pardon my English.

I always hear Ceasar saying "[welcome to] the hunger games".

O gosh, now I'll never unhear "destroy us all" lol. I've always heard something along the lines of "he strikes out"...because of the baseball ending of the summoning. I assumed it was supposed to be the same context.

In any case, I wish this outro, along with the ending of the Summoning, KTTK, and AFN didn't exist. They're so cheesy imo.

I thought it was someone speaking with an effect on it? Reversed or something? I don't think its someone just talking.

I can tell you it's not reversed. I've gone through every LP song backwards to find out which things are reversed. The War outro is not one of them.

Funny thing though, the end of The Summoning backwards sounds like "Oh, no no no no no" instead of saying "Run". A real reversed part is a piano in Final Masquerade.
