I made an ATS style version of ALITS

I'm not very good at this kind of stuff, but I feel that I did a pretty decent job on this. I will include my .aup file so anyone can edit/improve this.

0:00-1:41 is pretty good, 1:41-2:18 isn't great, 2:18-3:32 is good-ish, and 3:32-end I think is great.

I liked the idea of where you were going with it, but The Catalyst and ALITS are just too contrasting and the shift between them is way too jarring for me to enjoy it.

this should be obvious enough; timing is completely off throughout the whole song. You wanna make sure they are playing at the same tempo then align them properly.

 

Yeah, i know it's not the best, but changing the tempo of either one sounded weird, so I tried to shorten some of the vocal sustain to make the beats match up. This was more of a concept thing than an actual remix or anything; I was just trying to show what ALITS could've sounded like.

EDIT: And listening to this again, it sounds terrible. Things tend to sound way better when you're making them.

 

You know When They Come for Me and ALITS might work out pretty good.

I say having 0 experience with mashups or remixes.

 

You should have done is with Blackout and Mark The Graves.
