So the first FNAF game scared the living daylights out of me and gave me nightmares, so of course there's a sequel.

For those not familiar with the first game, the premise of FNAF is you're a security guard working a week's worth of night shifts at a Chuck-E-Cheese-like restaurant with four animatronics. The animatronics were deactivated after one of them bit a customer and removed his frontal lobe, and they also started smelling foul like "reanimated carcasses". The restaurant was also the site of the disappearance (and possible murder) of five children. The animatronics, however, are reactivated only at night, where they tend to wander around the restaurant.

You were Mike, a security guard monitoring their movement through cameras around a restaurant (you're only in a security room for the entire game). If an animatronic makes its way into your room, game over (you're stuffed into an animatronic with wires and beams because they think you're an unused robot; the developer, Scott Cawthon, confirmed the restaurant is haunted). You can't leave your room, and the two doors beside you are opened; you can open and close them, and can open a light to check if they're there or not. Of course, because of budget cuts, using the doors, lights and camera consume power, and once your power gets to 0%, it's also possibly game over for you. You have to do it for five nights (around 9 minutes per night), and it will make you increasingly paranoid as each night pass.

Here's gameplay of the first game.
