Please someone make a thread called: Fandom: Why some of us consider LP our favorite band, and why that's okay.
Agree with everything you said, Coldplay. In the early 00's Linkin Park was my favourite band, my musical taste weren't very diverse at all but it all changed over time and now I listen to every genre, even Country which was previously a genre I had despised. I don't know if I can even say LP are in my top ten any more but the community here always keeps me coming back.
That was posted as a reminder to keep in mind that people have the right to post about bands they like without recourse. No infractions or warnings were handed out. I just wanted to post that as a reminder so that no one says or does anything stupid that will warrant an infraction or a warning. In other words: Play nice, kids.
