Since I'm going to see Linkin Park for the first time with Of Mice & Men I've been checking out some Of Mice & Men songs. I don't know what to think about their songs, it's just really weird music in my opinion. Why do you think Linkin Park chose them as support act and what do you guys think about Of Mice & Men?
As Orakle said, Mike appears to be friends with them, and probably the rest of the band too. Mike is mentioned in the Thank You's for their new album Restoring Force. It's not weird music, they make pretty standard metalcore, though I find it enjoyable. Lately they've been using sung vocals a lot more, very much like what BMTH did with their last album, except way more. I like them anyway. I'd recommend you check out Restoring Force first, to check out if you like them.
It's either Of Monsters and Men >>>>>> Of Mice and Men or vice versa. Knowing his taste it's probably the first.
