In my inbox, I have pretty much deleted all my messages but somewhere in the folder, I stored some messages but can't find them. I looked through all the files but nothing was in it. Can someone help me please?
You probably haven't deleted the ones from the Sent Folder. Under all of the messages there will be a drop down menu(it's to the right) choose Sent Items, and then click Go!. You should then be taken to where all of your Sent messages are kept, delete them from there and it will completly empty out your inbox.
I tried that but this is what they tell me: Sorry, an error occured. What I usually do is use the drop-down menu at the far bottom left. the same thing has happened to me, but there's always ways to get back to another folder, such as moving any file in the current folder to the folder you want to go to.
