While this is not necessarily Linkin Park news, and does not connect directly to the band's history (apart from the association with Mike Shinoda), LPA forums member Ginger recently came across a rare find on eBay that we felt some fans might find interesting.

Below is an original playbill from a theater play Mike Shinoda did art for (and starred in) back in 1993 titled "Working At Living: Songs of The City", performed at the Woodland Hills Community Church in Los Angeles, CA. Being done long before the formation of Linkin Park, we know little about this play; however, we felt that fans of Mike's art may appreciate this early look into his art career.

Below is the front cover of the pamphlet (featuring Mike's art):

I find it kind of amusing because I remember Mike stating once that he was not interested in any sort of acting when he was rumored to star as a Taxi driver in some movie.

It's amazing how much we change over the years.

In his defense it might have been just like a one minute walk on part, like "HI I'M MIKE SHINODA I LIKE TO GARDEN." /exit stage left. It might not have been a huge lead role .

Oh wow, so Mike was like 16 when he made this? Somebody should tweet him and ask to see if he remembers it.

I don't think any artist completely forgets anything they've done. As soon as he sees this he'll remember.
