Stereoboard are reporting that Linkin Park are set to release their new single CASTLE OF GLASS on November 12th, with proceeds going to the Help for Heroes campaign which they helped promote in the recently released CASTLE OF GLASS music video in partnership with EA and Danger Close's Medal of Honor: Warfighter. Read more about the charity and Linkin Park's involvement through the Stereoboard excerpt below. Bryn Parry, Co-Founder and CEO of Help for Heroes had this to say about Linkin Park's involvement in helping raise awareness and funds for the charity: Promo CD's have been emerging of CASTLE OF GLASS for the past couple weeks and you can view images of the artwork courtesy of Maik Gianino at the Wretches & Kings fan page on Facebook. The cover art for CASTLE OF GLASS looks to be the same as the image embedded within certain frames of the music video upon release, which you can view above. Source: Stereoboard via LP:France | MSC
I love that artwork. It's really interesting how every single piece of single artwork has been better than the actual Living Things cover.
Awesome artwork! Thank God they didn't just release it with no announcement like LITE... ^LT cover > BID and LITE covers...
As a serving member of Her Majesty's Armed Forces I am very proud that my favourite band are supporting a very worthy charity Thank you Linkin Park for supporting the Armed Forces.
I gotta admit COG's cover is baddass, but seriously guys? You think the LITE cover is better than the LT one? This, a vague and irksome image of plant matter, compared to an imposing and eerie figure, with ash floating away from his body. There is way more story an narrative in that image than the majority of LP's album covers to date. To each his own, but I'm sorry I digress
Awesome cover art. Disappointing about LITE. I was expecting them to give LITE another big announcement or something. Hope COG does well.
So I was right about the artwork and the promo CD? Cool. I posted this on the "Got News?" thread like 3 weeks back
