As of now, approximately 20,760 people have downloaded it in the US and 3463 in the UK. Extrapolate that how you will, but at this rate I doubt it will reach 2 million. Just some insight.
That is not the amount of times the beta has been downloaded. You're looking at the accumulated rating for all Medal of Honor Warfighter content from users on Xbox LIVE. Put simply, it's the total number of times a user has rated any content to do with Medal of Honor Warfighter, including the previously available trailers etc. There's no definitive way to know without hearing from Microsoft or EA / Danger Close.
