Tonight Linkin Park will be playing the 10th date of their Honda Civic Tour in Indianapolis, IN at the Klipsch Music Center. This will be the sixth time Linkin Park have played Indianapolis with the last being on August 17th in 2008, Noblesville, IN as part of Projekt Revolution. Last night Linkin Park played Chicago, IL and kept the same rotation of songs in the mix as part of their set. Crawling remained off the set which makes it seem like When They Come For Me is going to be a staple from here on out. The only LIVING THINGS tracks played continue to be LIES GREED MISERY, LOST IN THE ECHO, BURN IT DOWN and VICTIMIZED which features in the Qwerty mashup. IN MY REMAINS hasn't featured in the set since their August 21st at Auburn Hills, MI. It will be interesting to see if and when the band will begin rotating in more songs to the set with Chester noting in an interview that Powerless may be implemented at some point down the line prior to the tour, but as of right now it seems Linkin Park will keep bringing the intense set you've seen so far. I gave this guy a ride to the show. I take some of that credit. Awesome video, by the way. Lost In The Echo was definitely a highlight of the show.
Lets see if I get the set right this time XD NOBELSVILLE SETLIST: With You (Game Of Thrones Intro; 2012 Intro; 2012 Scratch Outro) Faint (Ext. Outro) Given Up (Ext. Like in Bucharest, they played 'A Place For My Head" while the issue was fixed. Other Notes: - This was Adam's last show of the Honda Civic Tour.
I'm not sure about the rest of it (looks about right), but you're missing this: Mike went to his keyboard before New Divide and hurriedly motioned for a tech to come out. As this was going on Chester addressed the crowd a bit to stall. Then Mike went to each member and said something. Next thing you know, they bust into A Place For My Head as the tech fixes the keyboard. Bonus!
Yeah right now the setlist is under dispute. If someone can get the correct one that'd be WAY appreciated .
Since there were no LPA members in Indianapolis, they should've played the shitty setlist that starts with TINFOIL. Instead, I get the shit setlist tomorrow. No WTCFM, IMR, APFMH, or Game of Thrones intro for With You! IT'S EVERYTHING I'VE ALWAYS WANTED.
It's my lifetime goal to see the band live. BUT when you realize that they will play songs from that album what you hate the most(Meteora), and they will not playing those songs what you like the MOST from the band(APFMH, IMR) then you're not so happy. Instead of sing-along "one by one by one" you can sing "I wanna heal I wanna feel". MEH I can understand Kacy's situation. He hates Meteora like me, and they will not playing his favourite songs.
Hey, everyone. This is my first post ever. I was motivated to make this post because there seems to be some question about the set list from Noblesville last night. I was at the show and I can confirm that "A Place For My Head" was played before "New Divide." Mike went up to the keyboard, realized it wasn't working, called a tech out and then went and talked to each member of the band. During that time, Chester was talking to the crowd to try to stall. The tech remained on stage at the keyboard for most of the performance of "APFMH" and towards the end of the song, he got it fixed. Another interesting note from the show was that the band messed up the bridge of "One Step Closer." Chester got through the first three "SHUT UPS!" but then stopped and didn't continue on with "SHUT UP WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU." Because of that, the second half of the bridge and the last chorus wasn't played. Instead, the band continued playing, without Chester singing, and then transitioned smoothly into the extended outro that they've been playing at every show on the tour. Brad, especially, seemed to think the mistake was funny. It was a little funny to see Chester stop abruptly and then the band just kind of looking around trying to figure out what happened. They handled it well and I'm sure that most people didn't even notice it. I would love to get someone else's opinion who was at the show but as I remember it, I don't think this was Chester's fault. I think it might have actually been Rob's fault. It sounded to me like Rob started the outro drums early and that was what threw Chester off. Also, it looked like Brad was so amused because it was Rob who messed up and as we all know, it is extremely rare that he makes a mistake. That's all just my interpretation of what happened... could be wrong. Overall, it was a great show. I had a chance to see all three set lists this week in Cincy, Chicago, and Indy and I can say that no matter what set list the band is playing, it is a UNBELIEVABLE live show. By far, the best I've seen. Hope this helps with the confusion from last night...
