Just got home. I met Joe and Derek in the pot before the show. Awesome. We had some morons in our area of the pit, people complaint or just being douch bags, but you'll have this. Definitely the best concert I've ever attended. Wore me out! The crowd was killer as well.

    BAD. ASS.

Wow! This may have been the best night night of my life, and definitely the craziest. First off, let me saythis is my first concert ever , so I can't compare. The rain just made the night a million times more memorable and definitely amped the crowd up. People were actually mud sliding right near where I was and one of my friends actually did too. Also, other crazy stuff happened such as a dude actually peeing right where he was standing during one of the songs. Talking about the actual performance, LP was as perfect as could be and the setlist was so amazing in both song choice and placement that I didn't notice they didn't perform Crawling until I got home. Incubus was great in it's own right but LP just made them irrelevant. (Plus they didn't play Pardon Me or Wish You Were Here; which are both in my top 5 Incubus songs) By the end my voice was hoarse, and I can't wait till they come to this area again.
    My Rankings: HT>LT>ATS>M>MTM
    I love them all, though.

I came back expecting talk about WTCFM replacing crawling. No ones talking about it but my personal opinion is while I prefer crawling more, it's a weak song live now so I'm fine with WTCFM. And as I said before add CoG and IMR and you got best possible set right now.

I also think they aren't playing a lot of the LT songs because it's the HCT where sone fans are their for incubus so they don't want to perform certain songs for the first time so they don't mess up, they need more practice on them first. That's what I am thinking anyways.

Wow. I loved how the crowd sung a part of In My Remains...

Any videos of The Messenger? That should be awesome...

    ^ Also, Crawling > WTCFM

WTCFM replacing Crawling is probably one of the best things the band has done, imo. Crawling bores me to tears now and WTCFM is my favorite LP song ever. Great setlist, sounds like LP rocked the crap out of Camden last night!

I don't even think they even enjoy playing Crawling anymore.

This was my second concert, and wow this was just all around crazy! Incubus, no offense to them, was hard to sit through because I was so excited to hear Linkin Park! When LP came out with A Place for my Head, I got so excited of how intense they were playing. The show had just so much all around energy, and theres barely anything I would change on this fantastic setlist, especially the encore, which was great. It was the best night of my life, and the fact that it was pouring down rain and the crowd was still being awesome made it even better. Go LP!

Incubus did, in fact, play Pardon Me.

In My Remains (Acoustic) is nice and so is the crowd singing but for once I'd just like to hear Mike sing in an acoustic setting. Not rap like that Acoustic set they did a long while ago.

That crowd participation gave me chills.
    HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED PICTUREBOARD YET?

The cycle repeated as explosions broke in the sky
all that I needed was the one thing I couldn't find
And you were there at the turn waiting to let me know
We're building it up to break it back down
We're building it up to burn it down
We can't wait to burn it to the ground
The colors conflicted as the flames climbed into the clouds
I wanted to fix this but couldn't stop from tearing it down
And you were there at the turn caught in the burning glow
And I was there at the turn waiting to let you know
You told me yes you held me high And I believed when you told that lie
I played that soldier you played king And struck me down when I kissed that ring
You lost that right to hold that crown I built you up but you let me down
so when you fall I'll take my turn and fan the flames as your blazes burn

Fuck that was awesome. It's always cool to hear Chester's vocals just completely raw like that. And I agree with the above, my skin literally got goosebumps at the bridge.

The crowd participation for the "Like an army, falling, one by one" sounded beautiful. Good stuff. Not a huge fan of Chester's raw vocals in the chorus there when he is sort of screaming/straining.
