Okay let's face it. We're overdue for a remix album. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but if history were repeat itself what album would you like to see remixed? Going off the remixes I've heard off Living Things so far, I would love to hear a remix album of Living Things.
A remix album for A Thousand Suns could either be the greatest or worst decision ever, but it would be interesting to see. So, my vote is ATS.
Hybrid Theory. Umm, probably Minutes To Midnight. Mike's LOATR remix kicks ass and I'd like to hear some of the other songs from that album remixed too.
But the what I've done remix on the lpu x cd was horrible... I'd like to hear an ATS remix, because I want a version of Robot Boy that I actually like, that's the only song on ATS I skip most of the time.
ATS although I can't imagine liking the remixes anymore than the album tracks because I love that album... So maybe MTM or LT
My vote goes to MTM 'cause Mike's remix of LOATR (like what Ree said) is feeling awesome! I want to hear a remix of Bleed It Out or In Pieces...Would be fantastic!
I believe they should make a Meteora remix album and change some lyrics so that we can convert Minus.
MTM! ATS and LT are already pretty electronic where as some of the MTM tracks aren't as electronically based so it would be real cool to hear some of them remixed! I'd love to hear a Bleed It Out remix with a bass drop right before the chorus...a Shadow of the Day remix could turn out cool as well!
Interesting topic because remixes are meant to give specific songs new sounds and with Linkin Park changing their sound every album it's almost redundant. On the one hand I'd love to hear ATS remixed. On the other I view it as such a masterpiece that I feel it should be untouched by the Reanimation experience. Living Things almost feels like a remix album, so I have no interest in that. Those who have mentioned Minutes to Midnight probably have good reason for it. It's now the oddball out sitting in the dead center of two massive Linkin Park eras as an awkward bridge. It'd be interesting to hear the album as songs from both the HT/M days or the current ATS/LT mindset. So my vote goes to MTM.
