Hey in the song IN MY REMAINS Chester and Mike sing "One by One...".

Guess who's got an album named like that...

LP are clearly stealing from the Foo Fighters.

It's very hard. I have to wait another week while the album is out and I could download it any second. I can at least feed my impatience on the descriptions of the tracks.

But this is just too much.

So you want descriptions.... but don't want us to ruin the tracks for you. I agree it's probably best to steer clear of the shout box and the LT forums because honestly, spoilers are not going to stop.

And just to calm your spoiler anxiety, the songs sound nothing alike. At all. lol

    1. No

    2. I like The Predator more than I'll Be Gone tbh. Probably because IMR and IBG suck in comparison to the rest of LT.

Both songs sound completely different. What are you smoking?

Pretender is a favourite of mine and I'll Be Gone didn't remind me of it. They are very different. The chorus have fast tempos but that's about it

At the very least we were treated to 'Walking In Circles' and 'Let Down'. Hell, I don't think there should have been a Dead By Sunrise. It should have been 'Chester Bennington' as originally planned.

'I'll Be Gone' is solid, but fails to go anywhere further than that. The strings enhances the song, but it would have still emulated the overall feel without it, which should not be the case.

I saw Cookie Monster mention this elsewhere, but has anybody given this song a second chance by listening to a cd-quality version? You can really hear the strings a lot better, and I'm not usually someone who notices those differences.

I didn't really like it much the first time I heard it, but now, it is one of my favourite off the album. The lyrics in the chorus is amazing, which is probably the main reason I like it now.

Where is all this love for the chorus coming from? I mean seriously! The part where Chester says "When the lights go out and we open our eyes" just sounds awkward, and quite frankly, bad. I know everyone has their own opinions but I honestly can't understand why so many people love the chorus

I like the song. But not as much as the rest of the album. It is better than Burn It Down.

I'll Be Gone is so damn catchy and has Best chorus after Lost in the Echo plus that cool intro really sells it for me [:
