Tonight Linkin Park will be one of the acts performing at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards taking place at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The band will perform alongside artists Jordin Sparks, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Nelly Furtado, Usher, Carrie Underwood, Justin Bieber, LMFAO, The Wanted and Alicia keys & Stevie Wonder who will perform a duet together. Late artists Adam "MCA" Yauch of the Beastie Boys, Whitney Houston and Donna Summer are all expected to be paid tribute to at the event. The show that airs live on US television network ABC runs from 8:00PM EDT - 11:00PM EDT and will be hosted by Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell. Linkin Park will undoubtedly be performing their new single BURN IT DOWN, taken from the upcoming album LIVING THINGS set for release June 26th, 2012. This will be the third time Linkin Park have performed BURN IT DOWN live, following performances on May 16th at Third Encore and May 18th at House of Blues, however this will be the first televised HD pro-shot recording of the song. At the moment there's no specific time Linkin Park are set to take the stage, so make sure you tune in to ABC to catch the performance. If you don't have access to ABC check your local listings. So excited! Hopefully "Burn It Down" will have a chart boost after the performance. But we all know Bieber is soooo gonna own this show.
Finally a TV moment for Burn it Down!!! Can´t wait to see in HD!!! I think it will give it a huge boost on charts since LP is almost everytime the best in these award shows!!!

I try to check the listings for the TV channel that regularly broadcasts the Grammys, AMA's, Emmy's, Oscars, Screen Actors Guilds, Golden Globes among others and there is no sign of the Billboards today, FFFUUUUU... I'll zap later in the evening to see if I can catch it there on in other channel, hopefully.
