The burger sauce depleted
As the ketchup broke in my hands
All that I needed
Was the ketchup in the burger
And it was there in my hand
Ready to be squeezed in the burger
We’re filling it up
To squeeze it back down

We can’t wait for the ketchup to reach the burger
The mustard conflicted
As the grease climbed down to the bun
I wanted to fix this
But couldn’t stop from lessening the fat
And you were there at the time
Ready to say that i was too slow
And it was there in my hand
Ready to be squeezed in the burger

To squeeze it back down

You said I could buy
And I believed when you let me fry
I played cooker
You played king
Struck me down when I could not bring
You lost that right to hold that crown
I gave you the burger but you gave me a frown
So when I’m manager I take my turn
And eat the burgers as the ketchup’s burn
And it was there in my hand
