I'm wondering if the person that is supposed to be found actually is a regular worker. It seems hard to believe that someone would from LP's camp would go to the event and wait for 10 hours for two days. If it's one person wearing a shirt maybe there's more than one person that takes shifts wearing the same type of shirt and that way it'd still be only one person you have to find.
Ah yes the last half an hour before something epic happens. Its always painfully slow.

You don't know that. We can't assume that it will be found right away. There's a reason the time frame's from 11am to 8pm.

Do the Cities so far have anything to do where the Warner HQ are? Is it possible someone from the Warner HQ is setting this up for the Band? Not sure if that would give hints as to where in each country the Clue will be. Not so much location but atleast state.
