That's kind of worrying - checked spam folders and such?
You definitely should have received an email with your shipping details and order information.
Watch your card statement and contact support.

i had the same problem with LPU Membership. most likely as soon as you pre ordered it, it got lost so you can try to re enstate the pre-order by contacting support.
