Been a bit busy these past few days. Our conference is on Friday and there are still some little BIG details we need to sort out.
Feeling a bit bummed that the conferencist I was looking forward to see the most had some health issues and can't make it on Friday, thankfully we found someone to fill in for him so schedule is still intact, I really hope he gets better soon, he's one of the most prominent engineers in the entire country and a Pavement Design guru.
I want to be a specialist in geotechnics/pavement design so he's one of my role models, I hope I can meet him soon.

I don't know how such an amazing weekend could've been followed up by such a shitty week, but... here we are. Ugh. I can't wait for break to start, even though I'll still have to work. At least I can make my own schedule and work whenever the fuck I want for a week, which means I'm going to be getting a shit-ton of hours, and I won't even have to deal with stupid-ass customers.
