I've discovered two things in this world that don't go well together: Trying to code a web site, and being sick.

Ugh. I'm following this tutorial to the letter, and I'm still not seeing the results I want. My code is literally exactly the same except for color tweaks, and it's not working. What the fuck.

 

Ok. Time for a summer revamp.

Cutting and coloring my hair like Emma Stone's in Easy A.

Got my gym plan set up. I'll be going 3 times a week until I get my fucking abs back and can run 2 miles at least without getting winded.

Gonna get a job close to school. Probably as a delivery girl or cashier... whatever.

You know. The more I think about "gay marriage" the angrier I get.
It's not gay marriage.
It's just. Called. Fucking. Marriage.
Two people who love each other. And want to show the world.
But no.
Society says that because you have similar anatomy you can't get married.
Fine.
Then make marriage a religion only issue.
Stop calling everything marriage unless it takes place in front of a religious ceremony.
Make everything equal.
Separate church and state.
As they should be.
God. Fucking. Damn.

 

Ugh. My "new" roommate came home, piss-drunk, and destroyed the kitchen while he was attempting to make some food. Alright, fine, whatever. He went to sleep, so... Cool.

I went into the back room, where there's a toilet and a sink (it's a weird set-up, I'll admit) to put my clothes in the dryer, and I notice a smell... A smelly smell. The kind of smell that smells like vomit.

The mother fucker puked all over the toilet and sink and attempted to clean it up, only to spread it around all over the place. It's on the fucking walls!!! How the FUCK does that even happen?

Jesus Christ, fuck that.

I can't wait to move out of here in two weeks. I'm so glad I'm not staying here with him and his roommates, because I wouldn't be able to handle the parties every night, the stumbling home piss-drunk every night, the puking all over the bathroom every night. Fuck. That. Shit.

I finally pulled my phone out from under my bed. I had two missed texts: one from you, and one from my friend Brian. Apparently everyone knew my phone was under my bed and didn't bother trying to get a hold of me today.

On that note I need to go to bed before I fall asleep sitting here. Fuck working first thing in the morning.

 

Check for any missing tags or semicolons, maybe you've missed one?

 

Nah. I use Dreamweaver, which alerts me when my syntax is wrong (insofar as missing brackets and things like that). I even validated the HTML and CSS and I had no returned errors. Yet the code won't work as I've intended it to.

I copied code directly from a tutorial and it worked just fine, but when I tweaked it for my own purposes, it broke. I've got no idea what the hell the problem is, but it drove me nuts. But I plan on screwing around with it tomorrow, so we'll see if a good night's sleep helps me out.
