Hi guys. This is the Burn IT Down Single Wikipedia page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burn_It_Down_(Linkin_Park_song) You will notice it says that Burn It Down has been released on CD (in addition to the digital release). The CD is exactly the same one as the iTunes Germany EP for BID. So my question is, has anyone seen or knows the CD exists, or is it some vain attempt by some guy who simply posts false stuff on Wikipedia? If the CD does exist, where would I obtain it? (If you're wondering why I would like a CD so bad it's 'cuz I'm an audiophile and I like all my stuff in Lossless format, which normal digital copies are not). Thanks!
The BURN IT DOWN Maxi CD Single will be released in Europe on June 1st 2012 with the following tracks: 01. BURN IT DOWN [3:53] 02. New Divide (Live from iTunes Festival) [4:28] 03. In The End (Live from iTunes Festival) [3:38] 04. What I've Done (Live from iTunes Festival) [4:05] There will also be a Japanese CD single, released May 23rd with the following tracks: 01. BURN IT DOWN [3:53] 02. New Divide (Live from iTunes Festival) [4:28] 03. In The End (Live from iTunes Festival) [3:38] What I've Done is emitted from the Japanese CD single because it will be featured on the Japanese version of LIVING THINGS as a bonus track. To keep track of different releases check out our Music > Releases > Discography section on the LPA. http://www.lpassociation.com/music/livingthings/burnitdown/ http://www.lpassociation.com/music/livingthings/ http://www.lpassociation.com/music/discography/
I just put the CD single thing when I created the Burn It Down Wikipedia page because I figured they would release a CD single.
Okay just an update: While searching the interwebs, I stumbled upon Walmart. They apparently carry the CD EP. Here's the link:
Hmm, as much as I LOATHE the Walmart just down the road from my work, I may just have to see if I can get it there.
About to go to Wal-Mart tonight to see if I can get the single... On a side note, if I pre-order it from Wal-Mart.com, will I get the phsyical CD in the mail? It's not a digital download, right?? I want physical copies of all LP music that I buy.
