His voice has a Kidz Bop quality I can't enjoy, but the actual instrumental talent and what he did with Mikes verse was top nitch. Very well done, if it wasn't for his weird singing voice it would superior to the original in every way.
The first cover that came to my mind when I saw this thread. OAN: "Enjoy the Silence" is probably one of the most covered songs.
He needs to learn how to rap before he calls himself a one man band. JK JK but seriously, that was amazing
Never thought I'd hear a rock band cover Massive Attack and do it well, but HOLY SHIT.
Yeng Constantino's How To Love Originally from Lil Wayne Yeng is always cute and all. lol.
Apocalyptica's Nothing Else Matters Originally from Metallica This probably my wedding song. lol. It's romantic. Charice's Baby Originally Justin Bieber ft. Ludacris Her voice is similar to JB and she does the rapping, too! Tae Brooks's How To Love Ft Juke Originally from Lil Wayne His voice is just too cute, innocent and soft. lol.
August Burns Red's amazing cover of Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time" Silverstein's Kayne West cover "Runaway" (imo one of the best punk goes... covers) Rise Against: "The Ballad of Hollis Brown" (originally by Bob Dylan). Simply amazing! It's on the sampler "Chimes of Freedom" where several artist covered Bob Dylan songs in celebration of Amnesty International's 50th anniversary. A fine example of a group completely tarnishing a song and, more importantly, its meaning and tone by adding "their own twist" to it. What was originally written as a sexy tease of a song now makes me feel like I'm in the middle of a Satanic whorehouse asking to be hit by a spiked whip one more time. Quite the opposite with the case of the "How to Love" cover, however - it may be a kid with a small voice singing (much, MUCH better than Lil Wayne's original, I might add), it is still clear with its message, possibly clearer than Wayne's drawling voice made it appear on the original.

Their version has a completely different tone. It actually has it's own ABR-feel to it (minus the lyrics), which is why it's so amazing. Btw: ABR is actually a true and honest Christian metalcore band!
