I remember with ATS they had the CD+DVD available to pre-order on the first day. But, they posted the Meeting of A Thousand Suns video on Hulu the day the CD released, which got a few people a little angry. I'm thinking if they do decide to do a making of documentary this time around, they'll probably just release it online and not deal with the DVD's.

Well... It's easy to rip the CD into mp3 yourself so...

The CD will come in the mail after you get the mp3's.

You will get the mp3's RIGHT WHEN the album comes out.

This should work. I just got it to work, but all I did was switch from Google Chrome (which I usually use and always leave open) to Internet Explorer and it worked just fine.

Many people have this problem! Some of us have already contacted customer service, so we have to wait now what they reply. Don't try to download, you'll just waste them. Better wait for news.
